My professional journey began in 2014, when I started my career in the private sector, primarily within the manufacturing industry. My first role was with Jai Shree Rasayan Udyog Ltd. in Nathupur, Sonipat, where I joined as a Data Entry Executive. Within just 45 days, I was promoted to IT Officer and assigned to the company’s manufacturing plant in District Samba, Jammu & Kashmir.

Gained hands-on exposure to manufacturing workflows and industrial systems. Learned pesticide production processes (Powder, Granules, Liquid) and worked with raw materials like Emulsifiers, Surfactants, APIs, and Stabilizers. Managed material requisition planning for RM, PM, and technical inputs.

Continued working in operational and planning roles after company rebranding, strengthening expertise in manufacturing systems and process management.
